Delete your ZHOKA account

You can permanently delete your customer account from inside the app, or by emailing support. This includes ClinicLine Smart Queue identity linked to the account.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open the ZHOKA customer app and sign in.
Go to Profile (or Settings).
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm deletion.

This removes your login identity and personal profile data associated with the account.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to support@zhoka.in with:

Subject: Delete my Zhoka account
The email / phone used to sign in
A short confirmation that you want permanent deletion

We process requests promptly. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example completed invoices).

What gets deleted

Account login (auth identity)
Personal profile details (name, phone, etc.)
App analytics events linked to your user id
ClinicLine token identity linked to your account
